Have been trying to hunt down this issue for a very long time. Car is not hitting boost targets and running very rich at wot. Tuned via versatune running an ots map. Cobb downpipe and catback exhaust. Sure aeros intake, stock tip. Only mods. Heres an attached log. Car has been doing this even before being tuned. Stock bcs was changed for another stock unit. All hoses going to bcs and wastegate have also been changed. Both couplers on intercooler are on and 100% tight.

AFR "lambda" looks fine to me. Generally people tune these cars to 11.75 afr at WOT maybe richer up top ".80 lambda". Your log looks pretty normal AFR wise for an OTS map "safe rich up top" The only thing besides boost not being super clean in the log that is strange is the WGDC dropping to 0. Are you sure your Boost Controller is working? I would look into getting a 3 port mac valve as you can tune that with Versatune and it will be better in the end. You can also just bypass the Boost Controller and run wastegate spring pressure only to see how it behaves. https://www.revisionsrus.com/logs/1326

The car is hitting 9s at wot and the wgdc is the issue im trying to figure out. Its staying at 0% and not building past 14 psi. With a downpipe and intake i should be hitting way more. I've changed my bcs with a stock unit already.

Sounds like a base map on spring pressure if wgdc never goes above 0

You don't tune boost on these cars with Versatune, you tune load. The issue is you're already hitting 2.0 load even at low boost.

Also, boost is basically a bullshit number that doesn't mean anything without context, whereas load is a calculated number *with* context. According to the log, you're flowing well over 330 WHP worth of air, even at only 13 psi.

Also change Mass airflow (lb/min) to (grams/sec), get rid of intake air temperature and add MAF Voltage and Vehicle Speed to logged parameters for the next log.

That can't be ko4 power is he's pushing 330whp at 13psi something seems off.

Could be an SST he doesn't know about if he didn't buy new.

The more important question is did you buy the car new or used?
Take some pics of the turbo, too.

Bought it used, theres a ko4 down there im 1000% sure. The flow numbers might have to do with a 3 inch intake

SST would look like a stock turbo but would flow like a GT28.

I discovered something this morning. The lines going to the stock bcs appeared to be reversed base off a diagram i viewed. I placed them in the right orientation, the actuator hose to the nipple furthest from the firewall, and the turbo inlet hose to the nipple closer to the firewall. I thought this would fix my problem but now the car is only running spring pressure. I am very stumped with this issue and am tired of spending money, especially in the scenario we are all in right now.

Have you checked the tune to see if you're anywhere near the load limits set in it? Unless you've disabled all load limits and are tuning using *only* WGDC, it will continue to rapidly reduce WGDC until load is within expected ranges.

So after looking at the logs, the ecu begins to pull wgdc at about 1.3-1.4 load. Later in the pull when the load reaches 2 the wgdc is already at zero. Is it pulling the wgdc in anticipation and why is the car hitting 2.0 load at 13psi. I am on versatuner lite and I beleive the load limits are set around 2. Which ots tune has the highest load limits and would any of the other tunes on there possibly help.

There's an issue with at least 09 Genwons where it won't hit targeted loads, basically ever. If Versatuner Lite doesn't allow you to look at the actual set limits, then I don't think you'll ever be able to figure it out.

...

Heres a better log. I do see the load numbers climbing pretty high. What could this indicate. Is this why wgdc is being pulled.
I dunno, I mean, shit, anything's possible at this point.
