Correction:

So a couple months ago I rear ended a metro bus, but was able to drive the car home. After sitting for a couple weeks, I started fixing it (replacing the metal bumper bar, fixing headlights, etc.) well once we went to go start the car, It would turn over but would never actually run. After my ex messed around with the accessport, it started up but would run pretty rough. We let it sit for some time again, and now when I start it up, it runs at a high idle for a short period of time, but goes back to normal idle. BUT, when i try to actually drive it, it is almost as if it is in limp mode, like it wont go above about 3k, and stutters if I try to push it above that. If im not in gear, it revs up to redline no problem. Before it wouldn't start, I remember it throwing a Pedal Position Sensor code and a Throttle Body Position Sensor code. I checked the throttle body and it dosen't seem to be damaged, nor does the connector. Does anyone have any idea how I can get my car to run correctly again?

May need to look into what was messed with on the accessport, as well as check all connections to the throttle body, etc.
