I did a compression test on my 07’ ms3 which i just bought a month ago. I’d like to know if any of you guys know the oem specs of engine cylinder compressions? I’ve seen guys getting 160-175. I mean, more than 100 is good and the main point is the variation each or the lower and higher number shouldn’t be 10%-15%. Am I good for modding? Car has already sri, catless 3” straight pipe and hpfp. Should be good to get it tune with accessport next right?

How'd you find an '07 with only 118 miles? That things brand new! Oh you mean 118k. numbers are all the "same" so you should be good to tune, just make sure you've got fresh properly gapped plugs before you to tune.

It's not the greatest compression, but I would make sure the vvt and timing chain are replaced first. 120k mile life.

I would see if you could borrow another tester from someone else. It's possible it is just reading low. You will want to check your vvt and look at cleaning the valves at some point. Injector seals and Pressure relief valve would be something to also keep an eye on.
