the car will idle roughly but wont drive, it pops and bangs and is completely over fueling the cylinder. the plugs before took a bit to foul out but since putting in new ones, they fouled out instantly. there is two suspicions i have that it is either the VVT solenoid messing up the fuel timing or the fuel rail sensor. there is also messed up and jank wiring for the fuel rail pressure sensor but i believe that has been messed up since i bought the car. the car has always ran like shit but it was getting better after a new turbo, map sensor, pcv valve, and cleaning the intake manifold, but it has always had a issue with it bogging and cutting power in 1st, 2nd, and when flooring it. but this issue has developed so far that now it will pop and sputter even when trying to just roll it. I am very close to giving up but im going for one last shot at fixing it, so do you recommend fixing the fuel rail pressure sensor and wiring or messing with the VVT? and is there any way to test if the VVT is the issue over the sensor? And i know when bad, the VVT will rattle upon start which mine does but it definitely isn't as bad as i have seen in some videos online.
Now of course i got tired of chasing this issues just by videos so i sucked it up and got it checked out by the dealer which they sent me this video. Yes I understand this car is a complete basket case but i got it stock and cheap so im really trying to make it work.

I would love any suggestions that I can test or check out cheaply, I really dont wanna put too much more money into the car.
