Anyone know the solution to my car studdering?

I have an 09 mazdaspeed 3 with a good bit of mods, Ive had this issue for a while adding new shiney nice parts changing things. Ive changed the bov and recirculatory hose and fixed other issues it had with motor mounts and such. Logs below, wot it has issues with boost and im not sure why if you can help please do, thanks in advance!

What's your mod list? When did it first start.. after a certain mod? Have you checked your spark plugs?

I have catback exhaust, fmic, cold air intake, shortshift kit and all of this started happening after a wiring issue a while back they replaced the ecu and i ended up buying a new accessport so i can tune it. I figured the tune was the issues but ive tried a few and none of them work. I have new spark plugs and a better fuel pump on the way as well.
 
Any updates on this? I've been having the same kinda issue at WOT or close to WOT.

Most of the time "shudder" under WOT conditions is spark blowout. Either a plug is too worn, gapped too high, or is the incorrect heat range. It could be a weak coil that hasn't fully failed and not reporting a specific cylinder miss.

Hmmm has been throwing random misfire codes. Worth a look. I figured if it was spark related, it's be more common than just high load conditions
