Crank no start, fuel related

Bought my first MS3 last month after selling my NB Miata and I've been chasing down what I believe to be a fuel issue causing no start and it's driving me insane.
It was in limp mode when I drove it from where I bought it because of a misfire and a p0203 that I've fixed, but I haven't been able to get it started again since dealing with the p0203. I've had a consistent p0328 as well that I can't chase down and is the only code that I'm getting now.

So far I've replaced the fuel rail pressure sensor and knock sensor, cleaned and tested injectors, bypassed the fuel pump resistor, and tested continuity from the injector harness to the PCM. On an OBD reader I have I'm seeing that I'm getting fluctuation around 1300 psi when I try to start it, and when I went to check if the fuel pressure had settled back down this morning after working on it last night, it was around 1200 psi.

Has anyone else had an issue like this? I can't seem to find any forum post or video with a similar situation.

Didn't know about the format, apologies.

Year/Make/Model: 07 MS3
Mileage: 142,000 on body, roughly 60k on cx7 engine that the previous owner swapped in
Location: Winston-Salem, NC
Concern: No start, fuel related
DTC's: p0328 (knock sensor high input)
Modifications: FMIC
ECU/Tuning Software: N/A, came with a Cobb AP that's married to a different MS3.
Tuner: N/A
Is the concern intermittent? The car was starting until I fixed a p0203 (high input injector 3)
Can you duplicate the concern? Yes?
Recent Repairs: replaced the fuel rail pressure sensor and knock sensor, cleaned and tested injectors, bypassed the fuel pump resistor, and tested continuity from the injector harness to the PCM

Take pictures of the engine bay please. FMIC seems an odd first/only mod.
I completely forgot to mention that there's a cold air intake and dual port BOV as well, sorry. Other than that all the mods I'm aware of aren't related to the engine (coilovers, radio, etc.)
