DIY under route piping for hot and cold sides

I've been meaning to write this thread up for a while, so here goes!

I put together a piping kit using off the shelf stuff from www.siliconeintakes.com

The total cost for BOTH SIDES is $236 + shipping. Parts list shown below.

Cold Side:
(7) 2.5" T-Bolt Clamps
(1) 2.75" T-Bolt Clamps (for TB)
(1) 1' x 2.5" Aluminum 90°
(1) 1' x 2.5" Aluminum Pipe
(1) 2.5" BOV flange of your choosing
(1) 2.5" - 2.75" 45° reducer (for TB)
(1) 2.5" 90° coupler
(2) 2.5" straight coupler

Hot Side:
(1) 2.5" straight coupler
(1) 2.5" - 2" 45° reducer (for OEM turbo outlet, PTE needs a 2.5" 45° coupler)
(1) 2' x 2.5" Aluminum 45°
(1) 1' x 2.5" Aluminum 135°
(1) 2.5" 45° coupler
(1) 1' x 2.5" Aluminum Pipe
(1) 2.5" 60° coupler
(7) 2.5" T-Bolt Clamps
(1) 2" T-Bolt Clamps (for OEM turbo outlet, PTE needs an additional 2.5" clamp)

This list is setup for a stock size turbo outlet (2"). If you run a PTE, you'll need to swap out the 2" - 2.5" 45° reducer for a 2.5" 45° coupler.
The 2' aluminum pipe needs ~2.5" cut off the length of it.

I want to add that a really cheap pipe clamp can be made for the hot side to mount it to the bottom bolt that stick out in the timing cover. i used a piece of scrap AL and a hose clamp. i bent half of the AL to contour the pipe and i drilled a hole in the AL for the clamp.

I would love to do this but I think with the ewg facing down right behind the oil pan I'll have some clearance issues.

Have it flow back into the intercooler piping for MAX POWAH!!!

What intercooler are you running?

TR8L... But this should fit any similar core with minimal changes.

Is that coupler rubbing on the oil pan?

Yes it was a bit, but I ran it that way for 3 years with no issues. The coupler had no noticeable wear.

It actually will fit with an EWG off the turbine housing, I ran it that way for about a year before switching to a hood dump.
