Got this beautiful stock ms3 just needs a new motor. Got a used motor from jdm New York, I plan on getting a kit from corksport for the VVT and timing chain for the new motor. I also plan on re gasketing mostly everything I can or need. Any other things I should look or plan to replace? Or is there any other common issues that should be addressed asap besides VVT and timing?

Put new upgraded HPFP internals in the HPFP. Might as well do a good valve cleaning while you have the engine torn down for the timing chain job. If you remove the cams then your intake valves will all be closed so it would make it easier.
