Fuel Issues HPFP 0PSI 0V

Hello Everyone, ive done the research that i can to find a solution to my problem but the only two threads that had the same problem as me never updated with a solution. I was running a 3rd gear pull while data logging because of a fuel cut i was getting.
As you can see my fuel pressure is now 0 psi. HPFP Voltage is 0 and when sensor is unplugged it goes to 5V. When i pulled over there was fuel spraying in the engine bay, The car still gets pressure because it idles at a good AFR, only when under load does it stall and run really bad.
Took the car to a local shop to see if they could find a fuel line leak or something, they wanted to replace the sensor but its attached to the entire fuel rail which is $900. Someone local to me offered a $130 used rail i could grab the sensor off of. My question is, is there any other testing i can do to make sure its the sensor that failed so i dont waste $130.

Still havent gotten it fixed, replaced my fuel rail pressure sensor with a new one and still doesnt work, reset my ecu multiple times so im assuming its a wiring issue

If there was fuel spraying in the engine bay obviously there's some sort of leak. You probably want to find that first. Could you tell where it was coming from at all? Anything changed before this started? Bad internals could also cause pressure drop around peak load. I'd check PRV and spillvalve too.

You should be logging hpfp dst and act pressure and compare what it's wanting and what it's getting.

There's a good starting point.

Replaced PRV, Replaced Sensor, Cleaned Spill Valve, Took off pump and re installed, internals were tested recently and they read 180psi across all 4 cylinders. HPFP Desired pressure moves with the rpm's but actual pressure is stuck at 2100

Was this problem ever solved? I’m running into something similar but my speed 6 won’t start and reads 0 HPFP sensor voltage and 0 HPFP act pressure.

You need to test wires between the spill valve at the HPFP and your ECU. Check for corrosion. I had to get a second PCM connector from the junk yard and solder in a new wire due to corrosion in the PCM connector in order to cause my intermittent limp mode.
