Forgive me for popping in old post. I know this recall opportunity have ended. Does anyone know if this is the part and is it truly these prices:

It was a warranty extend, expired years ago.

I did and the person said it "seems" to be the part

Might be worth getting it from the local dealer so you don't have to deal with shipping it back if it's not right

That is the plan for Monday as the parts departments in my area are closed on weekends.

The dash coming off is a common problem. My car was from TX and it was repaired with black caulk looking material before I bought it.

I know it is common. I was doing back to back deployments when the recall was available then at one time, many dealers ran out...lost track on it etc
