Just as the title says - I believe I'm getting compression surge from my gtx3076. Originally, this turbo was set up with a IWG which we used and got 480hp out of it but there was a seal issue so it needed to be returned to ATP. I tested the BNR S4 so the GTX got put on the shelf and in the meantime, I purchased the ATP EWG housing. Has anyone else had an issue with the ATP EWG GTX3076r experienced compressor surge? I can given full mod list if needed.
We are in the mist of tuning it when the car developed a odd hesitation in 4th gear. If doing logs from 3k to 6500, the car will start spooling up get a hesitation, continue to spool then hesitation and so on. If I start the pull say 4k plus, there is no hesitation to be seen. Also if I go from WOT 3rd gear to 4th gear full pull there is no hesitation.
The MAF volts (G/S in parenthesis) right now steadily climb 3.5 (222.65), 3.82 (231.65). then down to 3.1 (185.07), back up 3.7 (221.55). and then this pattern will continue. MAF is new within 200 miles.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
