Hey guy's and gal's my name is Brian I live in northeast Florida. I am new to Mazda community! i was told of this forum from a person i just met Eric I may not have a speed 3 but seems like a awesome site!

My Mazda

2004 Mazda 3 2.3l Hatchback 160K
blown out riceland coilovers ( getting replaced VERY SOON Thanks to Eric!)
Magnaflow full exhaust
TWM short shifter
Aem brute force intake

Plans for it (in order hopefully)

Fixing the welded motor mount issue...
Replacing the blown out ricelands
Cleaning out the mess the previous owner left behind
Matching tail-lights
Nice set of wheels (nothing stancy)
Wrap the hood
Fix little odd's and end's and make this car beautiful again!

Can't wait to meet some of the local Mazda owners around the area most definitely!

Well-Cum!!!

That rattle can paint job on the wheels hurts my eyes.

It looks like that drivers side tail light just needs some red VHT
 
Wel the wheels are dipped and his "buddy" sprayed them so either it will be removed or cleaned up correctly and the driver side was red but he buffed them off.so I'm on the search for a reverse light since nothing is nicer then red tailight tape lol
 
Hey thanks guys!!! Yeah it's nice to see other northeast Florida mazda owners!!! Gonna be running to the junkyard tommorrow to get a new timing cover because the previous snapped the mount off the cover and welded the mount to the timing cover >.< here is a picture as well

Holy petunia's batman! That's an interesting fix.

I don't know about the N/A motor, but on the MZR engine you have to take off the harmonic balancer to get the timing cover on and off. It's not the kind of work you want to do in a junkyard, unless you plan on spending half a day there with an impact wrench. If yours is like that too, it might be easier to just source one from a dealer or someone who is parting out a car.
