Hi there, I'm new to the forum and have come here asking for help with my 2012 Mazda 3.
A few weeks ago I ran into a small pole and damaged a section of the front driver side. I was able to "fix" the bumper, replaced the hood and headlight, plus fixed a few pieces under the hood that were damaged. Luckily this was a low speed crash, so the car is still drivable one thing that was smashed was a connector that had red and white wires attached to it. I think it's part of the CAN bus circuit. If the wires are disconnect the car doesn't turn on. If I connect them it starts right up.
My problem is that I don't see what the connector that was on the wires plugged into. Not sure if it's missing anything, I didn't see any modules when I picked up the pieces from the accident.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
