Help needed mazdaspeed3 gen1

So lately I have been trying to figure out what is wrong with my speed I have been to the moon and back with reading tampering fixing and spending now I’m at my wits end so far the car has (fuel pump internals, cst4 turbo, cpe turbo back exhaust, oil catch can, pcv plate and new pcv valve, 3 port boost, short ram intake, pmm, tmm, dmm, front mount intake, valve cleaning, new plugs, new battery new alternator oh and new engine) problem seems to be hesitation of some kind 1st through 2nd sometimes it happens in 3rd any help would be appreciated at the bottom is a video clip of the situation.

So update to the situation unplugging the swas solved some of the problem re-gapping plugs again as they look like they were fouled and will give it ago I’m trying to figure out how to upload the logs but I need to do that from my laptop.
