Hey guys, looking for a little knowledge on my transfer case..

Hey yall, I just recently replaced my clutch in my ms6, since I have been leaking transmission fluid severely.. I recently replaced my output shaft seal for the driver's side cv axle, that helped tremendously with the transmission leak, but it is still leaking from where the transfer case goes into the transmission.. does anyone know if there is a seal in between? I think there is.. does anyone know the part # or a correct fix??

There's a seal between the transmission and transfer case. I don't remember the part numbers. There's a good chance your leak is coming from the case halves for the t-case. It's a known problem. There's no gasket, it's just silicone. So when you pull the t-case to fix the seal, you'll want to pull the t-case apart and re-seal the case halves.

A dealership should be able to get you a parts diagram. If I remember correctly, OEM stuff calls it a power take off unit..

I don't have any better info, it was 4 years ago I rebuilt mine.

Where do u get your online parts from? I try and use rock auto as much as possible, but recently been having issues getting the correct parts for my transmission...

Dealership only.. This is an area where online suppliers are full of incorrect part numbers. Heck even dealerships can get it wrong cause they'll pull up the wrong parts diagrams. Go in and talk to the service guy. Look up the diagrams together..
