How to quiet noise & vibration? - '09 Gen 2 (BL)

Just picked myself up a a gen 2 with a lot of mods. According to seller it has a custom cat back exhaust & magnaflow muffler + JBR 70a RMM & 80 duro side mounts. Thing is loud. I want to reduce the crazy amount of vibes & noise, thinking of getting softer side mounts, maybe something like 50 duro. I want to make it a daily & not really too worried about not being able to use it's full potential, I don't plan to beat on the thing. But will I regret getting softer mounts, as opposed to a good quality solid set like Damond? (Not really wanting to fork out that much cash though)

Also looking for suggestions on a quieter muffler that won't impact the custom tunes it's got. Appreciate any help & advice & I'm located in Aus.

Get rid of the jbr mounts they are loud. Check what rear motor mount you have too.
Yeah I've heard the JBR mounts introduce a lot of noise. Have you tried a few different ones yourself? Hard to know what to get without trying them.

if you want softer and less nice get rid of jbr mounts like EB said. I'd recommend damond motorsports street bushings
damond has the best mounts out there for us, keep in mind there will be a few hundred km break in period. and yes you'll absolutely regret getting some shitty random soft set, who knows how long till they break. even stock the OEM RMM is garbage. also soft mounts will even negatively affect shifting as everything moves around.

as for muffler if you change air flow you're retunning dude, who tuned it? sometimes they're willing to do touch up tunes.for a nominal fee

Yeah I plan to keep the RMM fairly solid & swap out the side mounts, maybe back to OEM.. It needs to be quieter for my passengers too, not just for me. It was a custom dyno tune organised by the shop that rebuilt the engine sept '22. They're about 8hrs drive away so not exactly close by.

can always just do an etune by freektune or purple drank.

OEM pmm is known to fail and puke everywhere, damonds street bushings are very tolerable
