So I tried searching and still not sure who to go with. Ii want a drop in replacement, if possible and not looking for anything more than stock output. One guy said the Walbro 255, stock number GSS342 would work, but looking at it I don't see looking anything like the stock one. Also the sites don't list the gen 1 speed 3 as applicable.

I also see someone here mention AEM, and also a duecsworx or DW brand sold by vendors. I'm looking to hopefully just drop it in,but can modify it if needed. Anyone here bought one and can advise on good replacements?

I have a DeatschWerks DW65c in my 6. I only got it over the stock pump because I had Prime and Amazon got it to me much faster than the dealer could get me the stock part. The pump is an exact replacement for the OEM, although I'd suggest using a Mazda filter on it, the one included seemed to be made of worse material than the original. I had a Mazda one on hand, so no issues there.

There's no point in the "upgrade," at least for me and my otherwise stock +HPFP internals fuel system, but it works fine. It's a little louder than stock when it primes, but you can't really hear it much after reinstalling the backseat.

Much appreciated. Going to go ahead and grab one.
