knock retard level and misfire code

I have a few questions, I just did an EGR delete, butterfly valve delete, added a PCV plate and added an OCC stage one to my car, I also cleaned the intake valves due to a lot of carbon build up even did a coolant flush and oil change. I got everything back together and went for a test drive and I noticed that I was getting a knock retard of 5.8 in a third gear pull at WOT and got a code for misfire on cylinder 4 which has never happened, and it felt really sluggish in the pull it was like struggling. Did a compression test got (180,180,150,180) so the typical cylinder 3 is a little weak. I was wondering if I need to get it re tuned for the things I did and if changing the coil packs and plugs will help with the misfire or if I should send out/get new injectors or just do all three hahah.
