low fuel pressure after running E85 for 2 weeks

I ran E85 for a couple of weeks, went to start my car on a cold morning, the car kept stalling and eventually after 5 tries wouldn't turn over at all. I've pulled the ITFP, the filter appears dirty so I have a new one coming, anyone know how dirty it has to be to drop pressure below 50? Need Direction, I'm thinking it has to be something else

I'm assuming you had a tune adjusted for ethanol right? I'm also assuming you were running a blend and not full E. HPFP internals can get nasty while running ethanol, but I wouldn't think that'd happen in just a couple weeks. You might inspect your spill valve on top of your hpfp for black nasty shit just to be safe. If it was colder than usual it could just be that your battery isn't up to the task anymore and that's taking a shit and it just coincides with the ethanol. I wouldn't think ITFP being dirty would cause you any issues unless it was completely fucked (mine was pretty nasty when I pulled it and I wasn't seeing any problems). You should see much higher than 50psi on fuel pressure after the car is started. You'll only see 50-60psi when you are key on engine off and the in tank fuel pump is priming.

50 psi, its not the in tank filter or the in tank pump.

my money is on the spill valve being stuck.

miles on car? are there upgraded HPFP internals? last time the HPFP was apart for cleaning and inspection?
