-Corksport top mount intercooler
-3” turbo back exhaust

Tuned (or unable to be tuned rather) by Diamond motorsports 93 oct currently has timing pulled out of it and in “make it not blow up tune”

What’s up fellas. I did a 2.5l swap on my speed this winter and have not been able to get it to run right in the last 6 months. The max fuel pressure I’m getting is 1350psi WOT with some bad knock. I’ve replaced nearly every part of the fuel system in tank pump regulator filter, PRV, hpfp with auto tech internals, multiple sensors, injector seals and injectors cleaned (results pictured below), nothings working.

In testing the PRV I get the car super HOT on the highway doing pulls, pull off, shut the car off, pressure builds to about 100, waited 5-10 minutes and nothing. Where do I go from here? Spill valve electrical testing? If that’s the case please walk me through in detail (voltage meter settings ect )

I'm gonna have to summon the fuel Guru's on this one @Enki @Sho.

did you rebuild and clean the hpfp as part of the swap? have you checked the ground near the hpfp?

HPFP is brand new. The hpfp ground and the mating surface are both sanded, free of corrosion and tight.
