he new design for the Protege5 Headlight conversion harness is official. This harness allows the Protege5 user to swap over to the sedan style H4 bulb headlights with ease and have proper switching between Hi and Lo beams.
The Passenger side will mount to the PowerSteering line hose clamp and route the connections towards front of the vehicle. Here you will plug the existing hi and lo beam connectors into the applicable connectors on the harness, and then plug the H4 Socket Connector into the new bulb and the side marker connector into the side marker light found on sedan style assemblies.
The Drivers side will mount to the Fuse Box Nut towards front of the vehicle and route the wiring down and forward. Following same instructions as passenger side.
