Mazdaspeed 3 Cylinder 1 and 4 Misfire

Hello all, I’m running into a huge problem on my speed 3. I’m having a cylinder 1 and 4 constant misfire. It will randomly stop and run fine then go back to misfiring. Recently it has not stopped misfiring.
What I have done:

• Spark plugs replaced and gapped
• MAF replaced
• Set of fresh injectors from cwturbochargers
• New battery
• I switched the working coil packs from 2 and 3 and put them on 1 and 4 and they were still misfiring
• Compression was: 1-135psi 2-130psi 3-130psi 4-125psi

Compression test was done on cold engine. I know it's low but it should still run without a misfire right? What should I check next?

Switch the coilpacks out. 1 and 4 for 2 and 3.

I did that and the misfire still stayed on 1&4.

I’ve looked around the coil harness and everything looked fine. Where else should I look?

I gapped them to .028
