Need help guys!

This is my second post since new member. I need input from those who have gone through this.
My clutch pedal is loosing pressure occasionally and sometimes i have to pump it in order to get some pressure.
My car has nearly 115K miles on it and ill be doing clutch within a few weeks or a month. One friend who has the same car told me that is the clutch pressure plate, that i need to replace clutch and not to purchase neither cylinder. Another friend who has the same car told me to replace the slave cylinder. Another person told me to purchase both cylinders. I'm lost here guys, what should i do?
Has anybody gone through this dilema before?

If it's leaking on the ground under the front of your car, it's more than likely your slave cylinder. It's a cheap fix and only took about 15 min. to replace.
 
Start by replacing your slave cylinder, that needing to pump is trying to build up pressure non the hydraulic system nothing to do with you're pressure plate. While you're their also inspect the clutch line for leaks. Also be prepared that there's been a revision to the slave connection so depending on the age of your car you may have to replace the hardline to get it to fit. (Gen 1 issue typically)

FWIW. I ordered my slave cylinder from Tasca part # B37F-41-920B and had no fitment issues installing on my 2008 Gen One.
