been in the automotive business all my life, started at 17 in a GM/Toyota dealership as a tech. did that for 13 years and then service manager for the remaining time, iam 67 now and retired, you do the math. I just purchased 2007 CX7 grand touring for a 2nd ride.
 
how and where do I go to post something, it seems like it takes me a lot of time and then I might stumble on something but not sure how I got there
 
Welcome! As a current technician for GM I can tell you things are probably worse than when you worked for them. It seems there is never truly and end to the stupidity that is General Motors. Good company to work for though.
