Noise under boosted accel

Hi all,
Crept around here for the last year or so, first time poster. Was hoping to get some suggestions/advice based on my weird noise issue.

For comparison, this thread from a few years ago is the closest example I can find- the attached youtube videos are exactly the same noise as mine are, but before I go rip apart my heat shields and inspect for a broken downpipe like OP, I wanted to get some opinions:

• The noise happens when under boosted accel from 3k RPM onwards, and stop as soon as I release pedal
• The noise doesn't start happening for about 10-15 minutes after driving at operating temps
• I can accel under any gear out of boost past 3k RPM and the noise doesn't occur
• The noise started after I performed a 3rd gear WOT pull for Freektune logging.

Based on the above points, and the fact it takes 10-15 minutes for parts to 'warm up'/stretch, is it a fair assumption that I should be focusing my attention on turbo hoses first? I see one comment in the above thread mention a turbo hose was the culprit, but outside of the inlet pipe I'm not sure where to look for various turbo hoses. If anyone could offer some suggestions I would be super grateful.
