"In an effort to deliver a product worth the price that people have been paying for a certain relay setup, I will now be offering these relay systems for use in vehicles that have replaced their stock intake manifold.
Some key details about this setup.
This unit is sealed properly against the elements, it is mountable with a flippable bracket, the wire is 16ga TXL rated at 125°C, the relay has an internal Diode, the relay is easily replaceable, the relay has a life of 100,000 cycles, and the relay is operable up to 125°C. By comparison the 812H relay that I see being used by many is only rated for 85°C. " For Off-Road Use Only.

Correct. After looking through a dozen different EPA and CFR documents, there was no skirting around the design to defeat clause for the purpose of which these serve. No verbiage of "track use / off road use only" nor customer waiver signing would have offered protection in the sale of these. So I never listed these on the website for sale.

And while the EPA has stated they are taking a break from pursuing certain things such as design to defeat devices, it doesn't mean a full stop. Just something for them to come back to in time and potentially hit the manufacturers and sellers of such devices with a $4400/per unit sold fee. Which I have tried to warn other "builders" about on Facebook, but of course that falls on deaf ears when they see they could make a quick buck as 20 people will easily line up to buy their kit.

But the fly by night people probably won't be pursued unless someone at the EPA is bored. Meanwhile I have a real business with tax ID and would be a much better target for the alphabet boys.

So after looking into it all, I came to the decision instead of scrapping these three, I would just give them away. No sales, just good ol freebies. So I reached out to @Raider and he help set it up.
