Where's the leak and how difficult it is to fix? Oil looks quite clean. Sometimes I get smell of burning oil in the cabin after fast acceleration aswell. Oil seems dripping from that black rubber aluminum block part.

Looks like the its coming from below the rubber bit at top center of your photo. Its not difficult, and is rather common for us to have to do.

what is that part called? does it involve removing major engine parts? It's so clear i was wondering is it even engine oil? power steering fluid?

It's the pivot/shift shaft seals. You can get a whole assembly from Mazda for fairly cheap.

It isn't hard to replace. There is a write up around here somewhere about it. Whenever you apply the RTV you should put it on the transmission instead of the housing. Makes it easier during install not to get it everywhere
