I'm new here so sorry if this has been covered, i did try and search it. i got a random P0192 one night heading to the store. Car lost power as i was leaving so i just turned around and parked it. the next morning it ran fine. i monitored fuel pressure and all was good so as a precaution i changed my PRV valve. i drove it for about 25 miles and boom lost pressure again and it was at 70-80 psi. car would not rev and wasn't happy. got it towed home and it started right up like nothing was wrong. i ended up swapping a spare HPFP in and no surprise it has been running fine but I'm not trying to have it die on the road again. i did do the PRV test and it went up to 1800 and started to slowly drop off so I'm assuming the new one is working. I'm getting a reading so i assume the pressure sensor is good so here's where I'm at, i have my original HPFP with Autotek internals, i have a CorkSport E85 kit that I'm going to be installing into the old pump and really go thru/clean it. after i reinstall it, is there anything i can do to try and troubleshoot the problem if my pressure drops again? I'm thinking my spill valve may be dirty from what i have read but i will know more this weekend when i take it apart. I will say this car runs amazing till that pressure dropped haha
