Hey guys i joined the group a lil while ago but never knew how to navigate it as i am learning more now. Anyway, ever since i had my 08 speed 3 ive had a p0442 code that didnt go away even after replacing gas cap. So since it didnt really hurt anything i decided to just put it off. Now recently it became a p0455 code(gross evap leak) and plan to replace fuel pump, gas tank seal and locking cap, was thinking abt the evap detection pump and the purge valve. But I'm not sure if genjuans have a vapor canister vent solenoid like gentews do and or an inline gas filter as i looked near my car and came to the conclusion that i dont. If anyone has info on a solenoid that genjuans do infact have i would appreciaye a link for a replacement or if therr is anything i should look out for as i cant seem to find any information pertaining first gens regarding this otber thsn the locking cap.

I would like to clear this code before getting it tuned as i am in a stage 1 ots for cobb (but really looking forward to getting off it as evrryone says cobb has bad ots maps)
