PFA: P2138 and P2122, what was everyone’s fix? Troubleshooting? The car will run and drive great for around 20 plus minutes, then start having major hesitation/bucking issues with anything passed like 15-20% throttle.

I have sent a log to my tuner showing him as it’s actively doing it, In the log my APP is all over the place, but throttle position is still good.
I’ve posted the log below

I've had those codes a few times new purge valve and I had a leak between the vc and intake.

Look into the condition of the connector to the Accelerator Pedal. Look for corrosion or loose/damaged pins. You might have an issue with the pedal, or the wiring related to. Also ensure the connector to the throttle body is in good condition and seated properly only because that seems to be common. However you say your Throttle Position is good.

Well I said my throttle position was good but looking back at the log I posted, it’s kind of sporadic just like the APP. With KOEO, APP will read 0% with no pedal, press the pedal in it’ll goto 99%. With no pedal the throttle position is 0%, press the pedal in it’ll goto 78%.

I find it super weird that for the first 20 minutes the car doesn’t have any issues, I can beat the day lights out of it, but randomly when driving the RPMS will just drop to idle, I won’t have any APP, I press the gas and get nothing, I’ll have to shut the car off and back on to start driving again. Then after that happens it’s kind of downhill from there, the car is almost not driveable.

Well if you are having TB issues, Do you have access to a known working TB. Swap it out and check to see if the issue persists.
With the issue manifesting after some time into your drive, perhaps the motor in the TB is failing. Heat affects the way electronics/electrics work and when they get old or become compromised issues appear.

P2122 trouble code definition
The P2122 OBD-II trouble, or fault, code means that the vehicle’s on-board computer has detected low voltage in the throttle position sensor (TPS), which is usually below 0.17 volts.

P2138 Code Definition
Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch D/E Voltage Correlation
What the P2138 code means
The P2138 trouble code indicates that the Engine Control Module has detected a malfunction within the D and/or E circuits of the throttle position sensor.
What are the causes of the P2138 code?
