PCM Reprogramming

The PCM in my 2008 MS3 died, I have replaced it with a used PCM. How do I go about reprogramming it to the car for the immobilizer and stuff?
If the dealer is the only way, can Ford do it? I don’t have a local Mazda dealer.
 
Yup Stealership time, ford.might be able to if they have to tool as EB said call them not all are created equal
