Power Cut off, help! Fuel?

Hey there, owner of a MS3 since sept, & i absolutely love it!
However. Recently the car has been having a start/ & shut off issue after about 30 minutes of drive time. Cold , it will start right up & purr like a kitten, but after driving about 20-30 minutes the car will just shut off. Literally, all rpms straight to zero, sometimes it will fluctuate, but giving it throttle does absolutely nothing. I have been able to save it with the throttle like twice, just for it to die the next time my foot goes off the gas.
The car will not start back up until it has cooled down a bit. It will crank , and turn over for a milisecond before shutting back off.
I bypassed the resistor & jumped the fuel pump relay hoping to make a different, but made none… im currently stuck on what to do.
I cleared all codes and all that comes back is for the EGR ( which i have deleted ) . I can see the fuel rail build up to 1600 PSI on KOEO & holds a good 670-700PSI on idle & stuff when the car is on, so fuel isnt the issue im assuming . Have read tons of other people with this issue & is usually the hpfp or something fuel related.
Any and all feed back would be great. All 4 cylinders have spark, compression ( rings are also like 3k miles on the rebuild ). I pulled my manifold & cleaned the TB, PCV hose / housing, and injectors with no success, however the car probably did greatly appreciate it since it idled better than i’ve actually heard in a while.

Do you have a way to take a log while the car dies. Doe it die every time you drive?

yeah its usually everytime. Car started up just fine this morning so im going to test drive it. When it dies ill hook the scanner up & see what i get & ill log some fuel trims.
8:25A car started just fine. Steady idle 700rpm , Coolant temp 183, fuel rail pressure 620-648PSI .

8:38A- Car shook & sputtered to a stop. Unable to start car. Fuel pressure still builds up in the pump. Here is the live data log.

someone mentioned yesterday that running a fel pro valve cover gasket will cause issues with the Cam sensor cause the gasket is to thick. Should i toss my old one in & see if it makes a difference?

Later on in the day i cleared my codes & cam sensor kept coming back up, so i went, pulled it, & vuala, caked with nasty oil & just grime. Wiped it off, & the car started right up, been running great all day. Will have a misfire if boost goes over 15lbs with coolant temp under 160…: over 180, she runs great once again. stupid sensors!
