So I just heard back from Freek and he cleared up alot of confusion for me and hopefully it can help others. 
Guess I'll just run oem bolts! Also good to know stocks sleeves can handle 700+.

I say go l19s or freeks h11s for future proof its definitely worth the investment

I haven't used the built engine yet. Short block is done and has been sitting in my garage for a while now. I'm on a JDM cx-7 and it's running mint. But that gap is perfect. Justin confirmed it and it was confirmed here in other threads. Manley's recommendation is way too loose.
