Sparks only once, crank no start

Hey guys, I have a 2009 speed3 that I just replaced the clutch on. Everything went on smoothly but now it cranks but no start. The spark plugs for cylinder 1,2, and 4 only spark once per ignition and cylinder 3 doesnt spark at all. All fuses are good and I swapped relays around so they seem to be good too. The car is also not throwing any codes. I also have ohmed out all grounds and they seem to be good as well. Does anybody have volatages and resistance for CPS and CKPS? I don’t know what to troubleshoot next. Any advice or help would be great thanks!

I’m beginning to think its a bad ecu but I don’t see how as everything else that I can test works perfectly. And car was running perfectly a few days ago. I have never had any issues with ignition before.
How would I go about testing ECU?
 
Check all connectors and grounds. Its more likely you missed something in the clutch swap than anything else
 
UPDATE: All connectors are plugged in and all ground were crimped with new connectors and ran straight to the negative battery terminal. All connectors grounds have been ohmed out and have no resistance. Still no luck with getting more than one spark.

No resistance or low resistance? No resistance is an open circuit. If it's less than 2 ohms it's ok but it should have a resistance reading.
