Hi guys, finally ran into a problem with my speed 6 it was tuned for 26psi of boost and now i hit around 11-12. i went through the basic troubleshooting.
boost leak tested intercooler pipe off of turbo capped the end off the throttle body. found a pretty good size leak i was excited! tightened up coupler no more intercooler pipe leaks. same results car will not build boost past 12psi. i checked the 3 port ebcs and it's working. i disconnected the waste gate valve and still builds the same boost. i hear an exhaust leak now from the center of the car but that should not prevent boost from building. i'm at a lost where to look now.
