Stumbling / hesitation under acceleration

Hello all,

I am having an issue of the car doing as described in the title, this is a recent development and is getting quite frustrating. For context, here is what transpired and what has been repaired:

Last Friday I was on the way home, making a pull and got to the top of 3rd and the car started stumbling hard and was down two cylinders. I pulled over and had 2 codes, P0202 and P0203 for injector circuit open. I had the car towed home and when starting it up to pull it in the garage, the car ran like nothing was wrong.

I took it for a test drive and developed the same issue under light driving about 3 minutes into the drive. I brought it home and checked harness connections and noticed some oil in the ignition coil / injector harness connector. I cleaned it up and took it for another drive and it dropped another CEL with a P0203. I reset it and let the car cool down and tried again, rinse and repeat..

I tore the car down to get to the injectors, when I removed the fuel rail, I noticed that the injector connector for cylinder 3 was hanging off of the injector and the injector itself actually pulled out about 1/2" when the rail popped off. The keeper was loose to a point where I could freely turn the torx bolt by finger. I checked the other cylinders and they were "tight". I wanted to eliminate injectors completely since I was already in there and replaced the used injectors with a brand new set of injectors from Mazda and added CS copper seals. I spliced and replaced the connector for the injector harness and put the car back together.

The car runs fine until I start getting into boost, then it sputters and acts as if it's losing all boost pressure, I have checked all couplers on the intake and ensured that all vacuum lines are connected properly, the couplers on the TMIC are also all tight. I replaced the intake manifold gasket, throttle body gasket and EGR gasket when doing the injector replacement as well so those are all new and everything is torqued to spec. I reverted the car back to the OEM tune via versatuner, was running the base map 93US tuner prior to. I work for a spark plug manufacturer so first thing I checked were spark plugs and gap (fine), I then cleaned the maf and checked fuel pressure at the rail on versatuner and all is in order.

I had a 02 sensor circuit high code yesterday for bank 1, sensor 2 (downstream) and noticed on versatune that it wasn't reading the sensor at all. I replaced the sensor this morning with a NTK 24442 replacement as recommended in one of the threads here. The problem seems to have gotten worse. So I took some data logs and noticed that when the stumble / hesitations during acceleration started occuring, the Wastegate control solenoid duty cycle was going erratic and consistently staying in the 70-100% range , mind you I was primarily in the 30-50% throttle range when it would start occurring mosts prevalently. I can hear the turbo spooling but it seems like it's not building boost pressure and falling on its face.

I'm at my wits end at this point. Can anyone take a look at the attached logs and give me their thoughts? TYIA
