I have just finished installing the front and rear traction barn on my '07 Speed 3. What a product. Had the rear unit on in about 30 minutes (would have been shorter if I didn't need to PB Blast the bolts) quick and easy. The front about 1 hour due to the CS skid plate. Looks great, fits perfectly. Even with the skid plate!
Will be shopping again soon for more products

Hay!!! I am a huge fan of traction barns!
 
These bars are well built and done by hand. Could not be happier. The rear bar bolt took a swivel adapter to get it secured due to the fuel tank. Other than that, PB Blast the hell out of the bolts, wait 10 minutes for soaking, go to town.
The front bar, highly recommend using a jack under the lower arm to free the bolt and reinstallation.
Easy peazy!
