Hey guys! So my car has over 175k miles and little has been done suspension wise..

I did rear shocks. and endlinks.

I have a rsb, front struts, full spring set waiting to go on at some point.

-- So here is the question, The other day, I saw a bunch of extra negative camber.. I hit many of curbs in parking lots over the years..

How can I do a check to see.... (please go easy on a noob)

-whats bent?

-what needs replacing?

Could i just need a alignment? (got one like 1-2 years ago)

any easy way to check everything out?

Whatever you do you will need an alignment in the end. First I would look for components that are obviously worn or damaged. But if you dont know what you are looking for, might be best to send it to a mechanic. An easy way to find problems is to use a pry bar and look for slop or movement in suspension joints. Do this with the car at ride height under normal load not on a jack or stands, ramps work.
Do you have any clunking over bumps while driving or uneven tire wear? Possibly pulling to the left or right? Signs of suspension issues.
If you dont know what to look for tho, again a professional is the best way to go. Search for a shop that is willing to dial your requested numbers during the alignment process...Thats how you get a guy who knows how suspension works. If they say the computer tells them if its in or out of spec, they are lazy or dont know what they are doing.
