So I installed a BNR S3 a month ago. I just fixed a bad Primary O2, and now I'm trying to get things back in order.
See attached. This log has me stumped.
I am pure load tuning. Targets starting at 3K are: 1.90 1.91 1.92 1.94 1.95 1.97 1.98 2.00 2.00
What I am seeing is:
1. AFRs doing good except above 5.5K RPM. After that, they aren't horrible, but need to be fixed. Target 11.8 @ 3K+.
2. Load is close to target except above 6K, which is most likely due to MAF CAL.
3. Boost is really low from my experience with the KO4. Not sure on the S3, but still looks really low to me based on Load target. Air temps are in the mid 60*F.
4. WGDC is too high, >90%.
5. Mass Airflow g/s are good, but maybe too good for what I'm targeting.
6. VDyno sucks. See attached. 230tq/221hp peak
I'm thinking it could be the MAF is bad. I cleaned it but no change.
