Well, I decided to go for the best by ordering the full CS turbo back exhaust system. The system is very nice, a work of art in fact. I love the sound, the exhaust tips, the whole thing! The sound is a very low and throaty sound with no drone and consistent in sound up to at least 120mph, the fastest I felt like going on my initial 400 mile break-in trip. I did get a CEL when I arrived at my destination, after a bit over 200 miles. It was a catalytic converter code that I had the guy at the O'Rielly part store in Yuma clear for me. It hasn't returned in another 300 miles, so I think it is resolved.

The soot level is more noticeable in this large diameter tip, so I am making it a practice to wipe it down after every drive, and polish the tips with Brasso once a week to keep them nice and bright.

Great job, CorkSport!

Think he may have been implying system break in, as in does it cause any problems ala CEL.

Did you have any issues aligning the tips? Mother's chrome polish also makes short work of exhaust crud in like 5 minutes, even after months of not cleaning them.

I used Mother's to clean my exhaust tips that the PO never seemed to clean in the car's 5 year lifetime. Worked fantastically-- was finished in less than an hour.

400 mile break-in on the exhaust?
Oh, I see... I have a weekend job as a Vacancy Pastor in Yuma, AZ, which is 200 miles from my home. Every weekend the 400 miles is logged.

Having the Accessport v.3 has made the drive much more fun too. It is nice to have all the mods incorporated into an increased performance, while maintaining 25+mpg

Ah yes. The CS TBE has a great sound. The only thing I wish I knew before is that you are basically stuck with the CS turbo if you want to upgrade and want to stick with an internal WG.

Only the downpipe is the thing that keeps you stuck with stock body turbos. But if you want to go V-Band or something later that's totally up to you. But We have run stock frame hot side GT35R's with our downpipes without problems. They'll work with ATPs and others as well.
