What FPR for PI

Go ahead and roast me if you must but I’ve searched and I can’t find the answer. Maybe it’s lack of confidence or something but I really just want to make sure I’m ordering the right parts. Here is what I’m running. Shooting for 600+hp
JMF v2
IDX 1050 injectors
Ss controller
Sp63 pnp harness
CS fuel cell

I still need fuel pump, fpr , lines and fittings, fuel pressure gauge, wot box. Guardian angel. And let me know if I’m missing something.

I’m looking at AEM 25-305BK AEM 50-1005 for my pump and fpr. I just want to confirm with someone that knows what they are talking about that these will work. Thank You in advance
 
Yes those will work if you are going to just do the CS fuel cell you can likely set PI pressure to 45psi with vac. Those injectors have a range of 43-145 psi but I would always stay on the low end so if you boost to 38psi your FPR can keep up. You may also want to look at a hobbs switch for turning on and off the AEM pump when you need it vs running all the time.

This is how mine is setup using OEM tank without cell.
I run my FPR at 38psi with vac. I had it set higher but it would give me issues and not be consistent for AFR. You can run a drop in pump and make 600hp with a return setup. Here is how mine is setup.

Y adapter is 8an 6an 6an
Y 6an to HPFP
Y 6an to PI Rail
PI Rail to FPR
FPR to OEM fuel line at firewall "which is now my return line"

You will want an FPR that is for EFI or else you will get a super loud and annoying pulsing sound from the return as the return hole is too large and will rapidly fluctuate pressure. I use this one and it works great but really any EFI FPR that is 30-100 psi will do the job you just don't want one that works on carbs too.

I was hoping you would chime in on this. Thank You. I’ve read those 100 times and it seems simple enough but I think I’m just freakin myself out. I pretty much had most of it figured out after reading those posts but I wanted to make sure I was getting the right regulator and pump. I have the hellcat pump and an extra basket because I didn’t want the fuel cell inside the car and I didn’t want to relocate the battery. When corksport came out with that new cell, I ordered it as soon as I seen it. (It’s really nice). So now I’m either going to run the hellcat pump in my other ms3 or if this deal goes well tomorrow I will use it in the ms6 for my wife. I really appreciate the reply. I might get the fpr that you’re using. Jegs isn’t far from my house.
 
I had looked at doing a fuel cell as it would be nice for me to not have to mix e85 all the time. Maybe I will switch over to one in the future.
 
How much does noise bother you? Granted when i ran a cell in my ms3 it was in the hatch, but I had that same AEM pump and it was deafening.

I think if he has it in the bay and uses the hobbs switch that would help with the noise, that is crazy loud though.
 
The fuel pump mounts on he bottom of the fuel cell so it will be under the car in front of the drivers side front tire. I assumed with it being a cheaper pump it would be loud. I’m hoping it’s not to bad being up there.
my plan is to run it on a switch so I can turn it off when I’m not out to play. My thought is as long as I have it on that safety system that trips the guardian angel if fuel pressure is low I should t be able to screw up and boost it without the pump being on. Is that correct?
