What rod bolt torque specs did you use?

I wanted to find out what torque specs others used for the rod bolts.

I know measuring stretch for ARP bolts is ideal, and that’s what I tried to do. My K1 rods have ARP2000 (I think) bolts. My Jeggs rod bolt stretch gauge was a little difficult to use with the ARP bolts but I think I got it. I ended up using 58ft lbs since 60ft lbs appeared to get me to the maximum stretch (using a Kobalt 3/8” torque wrench).

But I was hoping to get an idea what others used so I could compare and understand better.
 
I came across a video which showed this sheet from Manley:

For my application—3/8” with I think 1.6” length (but it was a tad less)—it says they needed 65ft lbs. But they also used 30wt oil.

Would the ARP lube increase or decrease the torque necessary?
 
And ... I saw this:

Kind of blurry, but it shows 50ft lbs with ARP moly (that’s not the torque lube, right?) for a 0.0056 stretch. So that’s less of a stretch than K1 recommends.

I’m just hoping my 58ft lbs is in range... I obviously don’t want to have gone over or under.
 
As a follow up, I talked to the machine shop and he felt 58ft lbs was probably in range according to the desired stretch. Guess we’ll see :)
 
I called K1 for this information when I was inspecting the rod bearings in a built motor I bought. K1 says 25ftlbs + a 55 degree turn. Either that or measure stretch of .0055-.0060.

Thanks. That’s on the document with the rods :) I preferred to use the stretch since they highly recommended that, so I was attempting to stick with it. I just had no frame of reference to ‘double-check’ that I was in range.
