Why not 17s?

Honestly the main reason is cause I already have brand new 225/40/18 tires and don't want to buy another set for 17s with the rims. But in some ways 17x9 would make the rim deeper so that would be cool. Idk I will look into it. Idk what difference in width and offset I could run if I had 17s instead but not sure it is worth it.

Why not 17s?

Looks like the rims I like that are a deeper style wheel aren't in 17s and are mostly 18" and up. I'll keep it in mind still though as more tire and a wider wheel would be nice too for sure!
