Wire Pulled Out of Connect on Harness, Best Way to Repair?

Hi everyone, I just got myself a MS3 and have been doing some work on it to see what large maintenance items I need to complete. In this process and taking the valve cover off, I seemed to have pulled a wire out of a connector. The wire in question is yellow and for the fuel pressure sensor. The cut in it was part of my process of diagnosing where the break in connection was on the harness as the wire was still inserted in the plug but not making connection.

What would be the best way to go about repairing this? Am I able to pull the pin out so I couple maybe solder it back in with a splice?

Thanks so much for the help!

If you want, send me a DM with your address and Ill send out a new Terminated Wire like 1ft or long so you have some space to work with. I see that Wire is also nicked in the picture, personally i would start there with the splice.

But like Awafrican said, get a depinning tool, or a fine pick, or a 1/16th jewelers flatblade screw driver to release the socket.
