Its a shitty clip but better than no clip, any thoughts?

Didnt mention that it doesnt feel like it runs right, feels like its loses some power

If that were the case, it would rattle just by revving the engine at any time, even at idle wouldnt it? In my case, rattling only occurs when i use or hit boost.

Not necesarily. I knew a gen1 that had a loose shield that you would only hear above 4k rpm's.

Any other info you can give us? RPM that it starts at? Is the engine warm or cold when it does it? Etc etc...
 
Lets see... rattling happens regardless if the engine is cold or hot.
Ive driven the engine up to near redline without using any boost and there is zero rattling
Again, it rattles when i use boost so its starts at any rpm as long as im using boost while accelerating

You could even say the car could drive in an "N/A" mode with no engine rattle.
 
Check the turbo compressor wheel?
