If you can see on your logs the ignition timing being significantly retarded when on boost, I'd say it's the same issue. I have some strong suspicions that it'll turn out to be the cat being clogged or overheating and the ECU trying to be eco-friendly. How's your catalytic converter and ECU...

That all sounds really familiar to my issue. Did you manage to find the guilty part? I'm curious if you've gotten any logs where you could check rpm, load and ignition timing, and if that would show ecu retards timing when on boost under high load.
