Just a small update,
Finally after a year committing to knocking my swap out this coming weekend with some friends.
Picked up a new set of Aodhan AH08 wheels, specs are 18x8.5+35. Applied a ceramic coating to them to protect them for a good while.
Going to be running 245x40x18 Firehawk Indy...
Just a small update but I just picked up a set of SPC camber arms and Whiteline endlinks for the rear. Figured while I'm going to the effort of lowering my car I might as well have my camber setup right
Hello all -
Guess this has long been overdue, it feels like every time I think about putting together some sort of cohesive log/diary of my car my thoughts get so out of order and the thought of including every detail has just been overwhelming to be frank as I'm sure is the case for many of us...
Welcome :) Had to get my feet wet right away myself when I had to drop a new engine into my '07 speed3 two years ago when I bought it. Learned a lot along the way though.
Well, I feel like a fool (as expected) but the problem was something extremely stupid.
The fuel pressure sensor on the passenger side of the fuel rail was plugged in backward.
I think one of the clips was worn down allowing it to physically go on the reverse way and seem like it was on...
Hello, all.
Unfortunately, I'm at a bit of a loss pertaining to an issue I'm facing with my 2007 MS3 and am hoping maybe someone may be able to shed some light.

1. Upgrade the stock K04 to a BNR S4 v3
2. Install...
Welcome! Also in case you haven't, make sure to purchase upgraded high pressure fuel pump internals (autotech or corksport) and grab a cobb accessport used or new and have a proper e-tune for the car! Will make a world of difference
I run Firehawks, and don't have any complaints about them. They have pretty decent wet performance too, fine to drive after a heavy rain.
I also have all 3 damond mounts though so I'm sure the vibes probably overpower any tire noise, lawlll
I do know a lot of folks recommend occasionally cleaning the spill valve with some fuel system cleaner and cotton swabs. I disassembled mine and cleaned mine by hand at 137k and mine looked super gunked and nasty and thats only ever having run 93 fuel. So I think it just depends. I'd definitely...
Interior fuse panel is behind the glove box. Gotta pull the glove box out which basically you pull that passenger side trim piece, take the two screws out, then pop the bottom clips out. Fuse panel is right behind.
If your HPFP is looking pretty cruddy I can vouch for a local guy to me, Wes. He disassembles, deep cleans, and replaces every gasket within which I don't think anyone else is out there offering this kinda service??. He has a pump swap program where he ships you a basically flawless pump that...
