Yes. Seems ok. With a freektune it went up to 19psi I think.

I don’t think I found the issue, and honestly I’m not sure if it still does it and I’ve just gotten used to it! :) I think I decided it wasn’t a big deal.

I think the typical way is to keep everything in place and just cut the metal bar with the valves.

I’ve done it multiple times and I’ve seen/read others do it. You just need to make sure your impact has enough power to get the full angle. I recommend the Harbor Freight Corded Bauer simply because I can verify that it does work (literally just enough…) and it’s relatively cheap.

It’s worth taking off the valve cover and having a look at the cams at least. I probably have a photo of them in correct time to visually compare to. If they’re out of time, I’m not sure if it’s possible to adjust the cam position with the cover on. There’s enough room to get the exhaust cam...

Is there a way to detect if a custom tune is already present? Also, does anyone try and tune for a VTCS delete? I’m just trying to troubleshoot and as a long shot wondered if a previous owner had a custom tune that was never removed.
