Corksport TMIC, K&N air intake, Cobb Catback exhaust are the only mods on the car right now. I’ve read this code can be the result of many things. Any suggestion on where to start troubleshooting?

I have a 2011 and the steering wheel does not lock when the ignition is off. Is this a common issue? From my understanding it should lock when the ignition is off.
I like the adjustability of the CS short shifter but dislike how the shifter no longer sits centered in the console cutout area like the stock OEM as the CS's shaft is not offset to sit more centered.
Has anyone modded CS their shifter shaft to be offset and sit more centered like the OEM?
