So build update. Front suspension replaced. Tcase replaced. Cannot tune right now because Ryan Left PD tuning and they no longer support versatune. Pics and updates to follow soon. Drives well, still on break in tune.

Just got it home from paint. It looks great, just the wrong color. Going in the shop for transfer case and suspension replacement.

It's currently a wreck. I have my wifes 04 Mini on dollys, lathe, mill, blasting cabinet, 6'x5'x3' oven, and all my other stuff jammed in it right now. I have to do some serious restructuring in the shop.

So build thread update. Car is at body shop. When it comes out it goes into the garage, and I get to install, exhaust scavenging pcv system, fully rebuilt transfer case, and possibly a new suspension. Here are some update pictures.

The bearing feels fine. I am just going to take it to a shop and have them fix it.

Ok so split the spare Transfer case and found a bearing a done a spin or two. I have billet bearing caps, so should I build and send it?

Sorry for the delay. So for me looking at these and driving it, the pedal is registering the signal, ecu is too, but it seems that the TB is not.

I will reconfigure tomorrow and Log again. If I leave too much at this hour I am asking for my neighbors to talk to me about my exhaust, if not asking to get pulled over.
